We're talking early morning workouts, that new kitchen appliance you didn't ask for, or even just the inevitable acceptance of your pet's quirky habits.

That's why we're launching a fun and relatable promo:

We want to see what you're being forced to embrace. What little (or big!) thing has life nudged you towards, and how are you dealing with it? Are you grudgingly accepting it? Are you surprisingly finding joy in it? Or are you still vehemently protesting?

Here's how to participate and win our brand new, exclusive FORCED TO EMBRACE mug:

1. Record a 20-30 second video of yourself doing something you're #FORCEDTOEMBRACE. Get creative! Be funny! Be honest! Show us the struggle, the triumph, or anything in between.

 

2. Share your video on your Social Media Platform, e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc. using the hashtag #FORCEDTOEMBRACE and tag us @HekatesTorch. 

 

3. Make sure your profile is public so we can see your entry!

 

4. That's it!

What kind of things qualify? Here are a few ideas to get you started:

• Learning a new (or unwanted) skill

• Eating that healthy (but maybe not-so-delicious) meal

• Dealing with a new housemate's habits

• Embracing a new technology that's replaced your old favorite

• Attending a social event you'd rather skip

• And so much more!

• Contest ends on March 31! You can send us your video via direct message on our Instagram, Facebook or email.

• One winner will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and overall engagement.

• Winner will be announced on April 2nd  on our Instagram and contacted directly.
